How do I activate the Auto Top-Up option?
When making a top-up, you’ll notice a checkbox that enables auto top-up. When selected, wallet credits balance will be automatically topped up by the selected amount when it reaches the minimum of 100 wallet credits.
How do I manage the Auto Top-Up option?
You can disable your Auto Top-Up at any time. To disable or review your Auto Top-Up settings, follow the steps below:
- Log into the MobileXY app.
- Go to the Account or the Top up balance page.
- Look for the Auto top-up option. Then tap on it. You will see the corresponding popup menu.
- You can check the Top-up amount or disable the Auto top-up option.
Note: To change the top-up amount, deactivate auto top-up and reactivate it with your desired amount.
