How to top up MobileXY balance?
- Log in to your MobileXY account
- Navigate to the Account tab in the bottom right corner of the app
- Press the Top Up button
- Then a new page will pop up where you will need to select the amount of funds you want to add
- Select a payment method and complete your purchase
Auto top-up option
When making a top-up, you’ll notice a checkbox that enables auto top-up. By enabling this option, you can ensure that you’ll always have enough funds to use all benefits of MobileXY services. When selected, wallet credits balance will be automatically topped up by the selected amount when it reaches the minimum of €1.

Can I withdraw wallet credits?
No, wallet credits cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. Once a bonus code has been redeemed or wallet credits has been purchased, they are tied to that account.
Note: wallet credits balance credits are valid for 1 (one) year from the moment of their receipt, regardless of the method of receipt (in the form of a purchase or in the form of a bonus). wallet credits not used within the aforesaid term will be lost and cannot be recovered. wallet credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
