We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a refund policy for MobileXY data plans. Before making a purchase, please ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked.
MobileXY Data Plans and Top-Ups Refunds
Refunds are available for MobileXY data plans and top-ups purchased through our website or app within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for data plans that have been used or expired. The cost of data and other MobileXY Services actually used will not be refunded.
Requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be processed, except for justified requests based on confirmed technical malfunctions of the MobileXY application, which must be duly notified to MobileXY within 1 hour via info@mobilexy.app or the contact form in the MobileXY application.
Any refund request will be reviewed within 15 (fifteen) business days of receipt. Confirmed refund requests will be made through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If the requested refund amount is 10 EUR or less, the refund will be made in wallet credits (according to section 6 of our terms and conditions).

wallet credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
Despite this, you may request a refund of wallet credits in the event of confirmed technical malfunctions of the MobileXY application, which must be duly notified to MobileXY within 1 hour via info@mobilexy.app or the contact form in the MobileXY application. Please provide information and screenshots so that our team can identify the problem.
