Follow the steps below to apply a bonus code
- Log in to your MobileXY account.
- Navigate to the Account tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
- Enter your code and then press Next the Apply button.
- If you entered the code correctly, you’ll see a notification that the code was successfully redeemed and wallet credits have been credited to your account according to the code type.
I’m getting an error when trying to redeem the code
Referral bonus codes are shared by other MobileXY users and are intended for those new MobileXY users who have not yet made their first purchase.
Reasons why you may get an error when trying to apply the code:
• you have already made your first purchase
• you have already used a referral code (you can only be referred once)
• the user who shared his code with you has not made enough purchases in MobileXY to make the code available for use

Note: wallet credits balance credits are valid for 1 (one) year from the moment of their receipt, regardless of the method of receipt (in the form of a purchase or in the form of a bonus). wallet credits not used within the aforesaid term will be lost and cannot be recovered. wallet credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
