Delete or deactivate MobileXY account - Here's how to do it safely and easily.

To deactivate or delete your MobileXY account, follow the steps below. This will deactivate an account for 6 months. At the end of this period, the account will be permanently deleted.

How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to delete your account, head over to MobileXY app.

1. Log in to your MobileXY account.
2. Go to Account > Account settings. Then scroll down and tap the Delete account button.
3. Follow the instructions to delete your account.

How do I restore my account?

During the 6-month period of time, you can restore your account by contacting our support team.

If you reactivate your account within 6 months after the account deactivation initiation, the account deletion process will be undone. If you do not log in to your account within this period, we will remove your account from our systems.
